Service Description

If you are too sick to come to the office. Give me a call maybe I will come to you. For established patients and or patients wanted to be part of out family of caring. Labs, procedures, etc. are not included in house visit payment. Mileage is added to this appointment if outside of St. Paul, Greenburg, Shelbyville and Milroy which will be collected at time of appointment.
